Sandry Law 第一次见到这种剪影，是在昆明郊外的一座小院里 — 一位茶农穿着手工缝制的茶袍（chá páo 茶袍），袖子卷起，静静地注出普洱生茶。那件袍子剪裁宽松，没有肩线的断点，布料因长久穿着而软化，是一件工作袍，而非戏服。
当 tea.style 开始探索茶礼服装时，Sandry 回到了那段记忆。他在澜沧江谷找到了一家朴素的工作坊，这是一个三代都为茶区缝制宽松外套的裁缝家族。他们使用的棉麻混纺，来自一小块仍留有古商路遗迹的农地；布料在窄幅织机上织成，保留了些微的不规则感。炭灰色染料取自发酵茶渣 — 一种零废弃的染料，随着每次洗涤色泽愈加深邃。
每一件罩衫都需三日手工缝制。前襟以一颗绳结钮扣开合，袖口宽松，衣身自然垂落没有阻碍。剪裁专为动作而设计：提起水壶、拂过桌面、奉上一杯茶。Sandry 委托限量制作 60 件炭灰色款，每件后领内侧都压印着工作坊的标记。可为茶礼而穿，为晨茶而穿，也为随之而来的漫漫长日而穿。
