云南的包裹传统

Michael 第一次注意到这些手工裹布,是在昆明郊外一座小茶仓里。仓主是第三代黑茶压制师傅,他的茶砖就叠在简单的棉布方巾下,每块布上都印着重量 — 一种几十年不变的方式。Michael 问哪里还能找到更多,那人便指向两个村子外的一间纺织作坊。那里,三位妇女仍用雕刻木版和铁墨印布,使用的是云南各地用来为普洱茶饼和黑茶砖上色的同一种颜料配方。她们同意为我们客制生产一批:四个尺寸,干净车边,预先水洗,以免首次接触蒸气时缩水。每块布都标明所裁切适合的重量 — 250 g、400 g、800 g、1 kg — 以朴实、工匠般的字体盖印。没有品牌,没有光泽。纯粹就是那种你在制茶师自己的仓库里会看到的低调实用之物。由 Michael Zhan 在一次春季采购之旅中寻得,这些裹布从那间作坊来到你的茶架,让你的茶砖防尘,收藏一目了然。

Crisp 70% cotton / 30% linen weave with a dry, papery hand.

wet leaf

After a rinse the cloth relaxes, the print darkens slightly and the hem drapes without curling.

liquor

The iron ink reads as a deep charcoal grey — matte, not glossy.

Clean, almost chalky, with no synthetic finish.

taste

Tactile: the weave is firm but pliable, the hem smooth against the tea brick.

Ages alongside your hei cha — the ink settles, the cloth softens, and the weight marker gains a quiet patina.
