这套亚麻布巾始于一趟前往滇西的采购之旅，Michael Zhan 拜访了大理郊外一家小型编织合作社。合作社在梯田上种植亚麻，并结合传统木制织机与现代整理工序进行纺织。Michael 花了三天与织工们交流，挑选出一种中等厚度的亚麻布，既能良好地呈现绢印图案，又具有足够的透气性，适合长期保存茶饼。
印花图案是与一位专精矿物颜料的大理艺术家共同开发而成。山峦图案所使用的铁胆灰色，源自本地采集的单宁酸与含铁黏土 — 色调呼应了传统普洱茶饼陈年包装的质感。每块方巾都经过手工绢印，再水洗、预缩处理，让它初次使用便带有柔软、熟悉的手感。
Michael 在昆明监督了车缝与检验，确保每一条缝线笔直、染剂牢固。最终成品是一套六块35公分的方巾，既能作为实用的茶饼包裹布，也是云南纺织工艺的微小展现 — 默默致敬着那些将陪伴其一生的茶山。
