這套亞麻布巾始於一趟前往滇西的採購之旅，Michael Zhan 拜訪了大理郊外一家小型編織合作社。合作社在梯田上種植亞麻，並結合傳統木製織機與現代整理工序進行紡織。Michael 花了三天與織工們交流，挑選出一種中等厚度的亞麻布，既能良好地呈現絹印圖案，又具有足夠的透氣性，適合長期儲存茶餅。
印花圖案是與一位專精礦物顏料的大理藝術家共同開發而成。山巒圖案所使用的鐵膽灰色，源自本地採集的單寧酸與含鐵黏土 — 色調呼應了傳統普洱茶餅陳年包裝的質感。每塊方巾都經過手工絹印，再水洗、預縮處理，讓它初次使用便帶有柔軟、熟悉的手感。
Michael 在昆明監督了車縫與檢驗，確保每一條縫線筆直、染劑牢固。最終成品是一套六塊35公分的方巾，既能作為實用的茶餅包裹布，也是雲南紡織工藝的微小展現 — 默默致敬著那些將陪伴其一生的茶山。
