采购总监（中国）Sandry Law 在昆明的一次采购旅途中首次听闻这个困扰：一位茶师在长时间的茶会后颈部疼痛，围裙的肩带深深勒进肌肤。她将这个回馈带回广东，通过她在云南的供应链，她早已与当地的亚麻裁切师和成衣工坊创建了合作关系。解决方案是一种交叉背带设计，灵感来自葡萄园围裙，但针对工夫茶服务中较小、更讲究的动作重新调整了比例。Law 采购了一批欧洲亚麻，选择了一种厚重、干爽的亚麻布料，洗涤后会变软，但绝不变形。墨蓝色的染料则是在现场选定：勐海的一间茶室有一缸老靛蓝，这种颜色不仅能遮盖茶渍，更与服务中的静谧美学相呼应。原型在昆明郊外的一间小工作室缝制而成，随后由一群在职茶师于为期一周的茶会活动中进行测试。回馈意见十分精确——数字温度计的口袋必须恰好宽 6.5 公分，茶巾口袋需略带角度，以便左手快速取用。Sandry Law 回到广东，微调了纸样，并批准生产两百件。最终成品是一件安静而实用的制服，融入服务之中，将茶置于中心。
