採購總監（中國）Sandry Law 在昆明的一次採購旅途中首次聽聞這個困擾：一位茶師在長時間的茶會後頸部疼痛，圍裙的肩帶深深勒進肌膚。她將這個回饋帶回廣東，透過她在雲南的供應鏈，她早已與當地的亞麻裁切師和成衣工坊建立了合作關係。解決方案是一種交叉背帶設計，靈感來自葡萄園圍裙，但針對工夫茶服務中較小、更講究的動作重新調整了比例。Law 採購了一批歐洲亞麻，選擇了一種厚重、乾爽的亞麻布料，洗滌後會變軟，但絕不變形。墨藍色的染料則是在現場選定：勐海的一間茶室有一缸老靛藍，這種顏色不僅能遮蓋茶漬，更與服務中的靜謐美學相呼應。原型在昆明郊外的一間小工作室縫製而成，隨後由一群在職茶師於為期一週的茶會活動中進行測試。回饋意見十分精確——數位溫度計的口袋必須恰好寬 6.5 公分，茶巾口袋需略帶角度，以便左手快速取用。Sandry Law 回到廣東，微調了紙樣，並批准生產兩百件。最終成品是一件安靜而實用的制服，融入服務之中，將茶置於中心。
